Monin is an attorney-at-law since 2004 and he is currently a member of the Board Council of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia and Director General of Camchin Law Firm. He holds Master of law in 2002 from the prestigious universities in Cambodia.
Having more than 15 years experiences, he acquired in-depth experiences in the areas of foreign investment, Banking, commercial litigation, labor, tax, and corporate matters. He handles corporate and commercial services from highly complex transactions to minor licensing and compliance obligations. He also regularly advises on all aspects of commercial law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance in Cambodia and cross multiple jurisdictions. He represents private investors, corporate clients and leading financial institutions in relation to banking and finance, trade, investment, private and commercial real estate transactions and tourism development projects. He has advised on a number of major transactions which include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring and the provision of development financing for significant investment projects.
Monin is also one of the first commercial arbitrators admitted to the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (“NCAC”) and is elected as the first President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre of Kingdom of Cambodia from 2013 to 2019.
